Kai Liu is currently a second year PhD candidate at The University of Adelaide. Her current research focus is about the health effect of intermittent fasting in humans at high risk of type 2 diabetes. Prior to this, she is also an Accredited Practising Dietitian graduated from Flinders University in 2017. In 2018, she graduated with B.Nut(Hons) in 2018 from Monash University where she was involved in a pilot study on intermittent fasting among shift workers.
